The hotel staff were accomodating and friendly. The room is small but for a traveller, it is alright as we wont be staying in the room for a long time. It is clean though. There is a nice coffee shop beside it where you can get a quick coffee fix and nice kaya toast. There is a convenient store beside that is accessible 24 hrs. In front of the hotel is a bus stop so it's veey convenient. A lot of establishments are closely including the Makan Market where you will find famous Michellin stars awardee food joints.

The beds and bedding are clean and the toilet as well. Only no built cupboard but in general it is worth staying and accessible to transport like it is near the bus stop.

The facilities weee not great . However this was compensated by the fact that the customer service team headed by John was amazing . I was pleasantly surprised that the team offered a better level of service than what one would expect at the Hilton , Hyatt , Sheraton. John and his team are amazing ambassadors for their industry . And in fact they are wonderful ambassadors for humanity and I wish their hotel represented a microcosm of the world . I would recommend this hotel in light of the extraordinary service provided . It’s also centrally located . All the best to John, Dyvia and Michelle and the rest of the team. . Hoping to return soon . Best regards Janice

Property was pretty good besides the really small toilet. Beside the property, the staff , Michelle, John and Eriqa, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our stay were made easy and comfortable thanks to them.

For people who spend most of their time outside to explore Singapore, Value Hotel Balestier is a good choice. The hotel provides comfortable bed, warm water and basic personal care. Rooms are cleaned up daily. A lot of eatery around. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel, makes your travel so easy. Right value for money!

Great location go anywhere by bus stop front the hotel (bus no.124,130,145 ) not need mrt Ease for food , ease for convenient store Cafe under the hotel so amazing

Staff is very helpful and nice. Location is still decent, with nothing being too far by grab. There are decent food options nearby. Definitely good value for money considering the location.

-location is good, though you need to take bus to mrt station however, the hotel has a bus stop right in front which have good links to orchard/chinatown/bayfront area -staff members were very accomodating to our requests -the hotel rooms we stayed in did not have windows, toilet is small but for good enough for sleeping/staying overnight

Good location, comfortable bed, can ask for water and toiletries. Check in was easy. The room I stayed in has no window but the air is good. The bathroom is very clean.
